At least some of these sick people might be persuaded to try something untested, such as eating a panacea fruit from another dimension---I believe you could find a number of them if you tried. You will give me certain number of names, and I will provide you the same number of fruits. They shall consume them, in controlled circumstances, and we shall witness the results. If a statistically significant number of the patients recover, or exhibit improved conditions, we will consider the fruits potent on your world, and thus worthy of trade for magical knowledge.
