Tensions are high in light of the recent destruction of Planet Earth. The sheer scale of the power of Necros was a sight o behold, and its destruction even more so. It was a conflict which was brief, but operated at levels far beyond the levels of ordinary comprehension.

The humans are obviously and rightly stressed, but they have no idea of the real magnitude of the problem. Losing Earth at this time is like having the bottom plank of a Jenga set removed; by my estimation the damage to the Web of Time would be simply catastrophic. I told them I'd get the Earth restored to help them feel better about their lost friends, but in all honestly i MUST save them all or we will lose everything. And that's something too horrible to contemplate, especially given what horrors wait at the endge of our understanding to seize on this moment of weakness.

Every day we are without Earth the blight grows, and the strain worsens on the fabric of reality. I look out at the remains of the blue planet and remember the time we believed we had lost Gallifrey. I'll do my best for them, but the deadline is so tight. Tighter than they know.

I just hope they can find it in their hearts to stay strong for the final chapters. Truly, this is the time when the indomitable spirit of humanity will be put to its severest test.
