She makes her way back down the beach from her secluded tidal pool. She sees a few other people that came on the trip, sunbathing, building sandcastles, swimming in the water, all sorts of typical beachgoing activities. She pauses, shielding her eyes from the sun's light reflecting off the waves as she watches a couple of surfers go into a barrel/green room - a tunnel of water. She feels a little impressed and, after a moment, keeps going.

[12:24] * LadyAlice [ Beach Resort ] smiles a small, rare smile, and lounges upon the plush chaise. She summons an old tome, one of her favorites, and enjoys Hachi in losing herself in a grand adventure in the cool, air conditioned lobby. The sounds of the sea, waves, and seagulls in the distance.

[13:50] * LadyAlice [ Beach Resort ] gets to her feet, her tome vanishing from her hand, and makes her way out of the lobby and back into the sunshine. She summons her parasol once more and opens it to protect her from the sun. It's not like she actually needs to do it, though.
